السماحة، اليُسر، السهولة
الاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال 30 يوم من تاريخ استلام المنتج
مع مراعاة:
1. يُكتفى بتجربة التمر إلى ثلاث حبات
2. دون غسل التمر بالماء وغيره.
في حال وجود مشكلة بالمنتج عند الاستلام -لا سمح الله- مثل:
المنتج تالف / أقل من الوزن الحقيقي / عيوب أخرى...
يتم في هذه الحالة على العميل التواصل معنا مباشرة فور استلام المنتج،
وللعميل التعويض بما يُحِب بتخييره بين إرسال نفس المُنتج جديداً أو إعادة مبلغ الفاتورة كاملاً.

If there is a problem with the product, such as:
The product is damaged / less than the actual weight, and other defects exist.
In this case, the customer must contact us directly upon receiving the product, then the customer has the right to compensate for what he likes by choosing between SENDING the same product new or RETURNING the full amount of the invoice
